Currently, I am making videos that are of Alison Steele, The Nightbird who was a famous DJ and interviewer. These are some records my Aunt had that were put out by the Army Reserves and National Guard in the 1970's. I was visiting family and staying with my Aunt at my grandparent's old house. These were some records she obtained from the radio station her boyfriend managed and later owned. She and he were both in the National Guard. She knew I loved records and the 1970's, so gave me the records and I thought people would maybe like to hear the interviews.
I am also starting to do some paranormal videos. Right now, I do not want to focus on Ghost Hunting (but who knows later?), but more on people's accounts of experiences with the paranormal and the actual ghost stories and legends of different locations and people.

Burt Lancaster’s narration in the 1961 United Artists film of “Judgement at Nuremberg.” This is audio from the original film soundtrack LP release. It’s actually 8:11 long, but the photo of the album cover makes it slightly longer. Really great performances in this movie. MONAURAL UAL 4095 This is the mono release of this and apparently also available in stereo, but I don’t have that one. 😎 Fro...

Saint Brendan Catholic Church in Los Angeles. Old historic church. It was used in the 1950’s “War of the Worlds.” Beautiful Church with gorgeous stained glass windows. I shot this footage in August of 2021. I had originally planned on having narration over the footage and for there to be newspaper clippings from the LA Times about the church inserted. I stopped working on it at the time because...

Loved it!!! However I didn’t exist back then. (Early 20’s) I’m so thankful they showed details of how the film was made so I feel LESS scared now!!!😂😂😂😂
Recorded perhaps within a month or so of Ed’s untimely departure in Pittsburgh in June of that year…
AWESOME hearing this!

I used to fall asleep to her every night🥲🥰
Loved her smooth voice.😊❤
Robert's definitely on heroin here.
"...59 Crown Imperial Drophead." Holy shit...I love the way he says that.
His sinuses sound a bit cokey.
Funny, I was thinking his voice sounded a little bit heroiny. This was during the period of time where Robert was using.
Some people, like Robert & Jimmy, are pretty smart. "Those who know, do not speak". Lao Tzu, Tao Te Ching. Ask Jimmy, he'll know what that means. oTo. LedHed Pb 207.20 🎶 🎸 🎹
Ok, old man. Already replied to one of your idiotic comments 😂 Two can play this game…

Miss Nightbird . When radio was good
I listened this this interview live!
Hell yeah Johnny boy loves Skynyrd,, gimme back my bullets...
Ms. Steele makes a mistake in saying that Mr. Collins was the lead vocalist. It was in fact Mr. Van Zant. She was a good interviewer, I just wish she had done a little more research on the band before talking to Mr. King. However, it's not like she could "Google" them in 1975. LOL.
This interview was done toward the end of Ed King’s tenure with the band. He’s being very gracious, but things were not good between him and Ronnie Van Zant. I believe it was by late spring that Ed walked out.
What a moron she is. Horrible interviewer.

“Best Band In The Land”
Definitely a classic band. These guys were awesome musicians. Rossingtons passing was a huge loss. Seeing him in the last few years was nice it's almost like they were still here. Such a unique group of guys who's musical talent was in a whole other league and Van Zant was a great songwriter making some real classics. I can only imagine if not for the plane crash their would have been more I'm sure. When that happened they were just really starting to take off. Even still they left some classics that people will never stop listening to.
this woman is dumb

I saw the abandoned theater today and I cried because it has been 10 years for me to experience the shows and people knew be before
It is sad that the theater itself is now a thing of the past. I guess they only travel to do shows now. I only got to go one night to the theater and it was a paranormal event with this Facebook group.
@@countofcandleshoe3887 Bob Baker Marionette Theater is still very much alive and well. They were forced to relocate in 2018 and found a new permanent theater in 2019 in Highland Park off of York. I just watched a show there last week and it was just as amazing as ever!
@@AryaLumpyhead thanks for the information! Good to hear! I knew the company continued with mobile setups, but didn’t know if that was it for the theater itself. I actually thought it ended.

Alison Steele is a box!!
Robert’s voice is like silk..
Alison Steele, the Nightbird, was the dream of every teen male who listened to her and she defiend an era! May she RIP.
My favorite DJ of all time without a doubt. Interesting hearing John who was a great bassist.
All the National Guard ads are annoying. Putting that aside, this is an excellent interview which gives a sense of what it was like to leave a hugely successful band and to start something new. Also I am struck in this interview how much class the Nightbird had. She's GOAT among djs as far as I'm concerned.
Thank you for doing this. Holy Cross is a peaceful place to reflect, respect and honor. God bless every soul.

Batman is in this movie!

I had a chance meeting with Zep in Rhode Island very personal they came down my families private driveway and played soccer on our field on the ocean. The busses broke down. They were charming. My great aunt loved Jimmy. Magical.
One of my all time fave movies. I saw this opening weekend back in the day! I still watch this movie to this day every few months! I’m watching it now in 4K and it’s the best it’s ever going to look! I read Tom McLoughlin is thinking about remaking this!! HOW AMAZING WOULD THIS BE!!
Yes, I met him actually in the mausoleum and he talked to me about a possible remake. He has a crypt in the mausoleum, so will one day be entombed there. That was about 4 or 5 years ago, so I’m hoping the remake is still happening. We shall see. Thanks for watching and commenting!
An underrated classic horror movie!

Great creativity requires the artist to retain a strong inner child. Learning to fly doesn’t necessarily need wings but it does need an unerring, strong inner light.
