Seems like a fairly standard card that WOTC would put out. And by that, I mean insanely busted because they missed something. It doesnt say nontoken or nonspirit creature. So you can make as many 1/1s as you have mana available every time any creature enters your field. If you have any sac outlet for mana or a way to turn creatures into mana you go infinite.

What a great series! This card is absolutely busted. It would be a staple in all blue!

He's the first commander I've built, I'm currently tuning him into a tolen generating machine with token doublers and similar tolen generators. I've leaned away from "extra land" cards and more into land tutors, as you don't always have an extra land in your hand.

Use reconnaissance. Whenever attacks,… Then recon will pull it back.

Bria is begging you to cast like 5 spells in one turn.

That'd be a finisher for sure hit it at the end and make your main smashed unblockable yikes.

Nazumi beast binder is insanely effective in commander

I compare it against Ulvenwald Hydra; same cost and power/toughness. The addition of vigilance and the potential to explosively ramp you, I feel that makes it overall better. I think Hydra will still have a home but i definitely feel like Lumra pushes it out in the average deck.

I think it would go very well in any green counters deck. Just think of this with a counter and token doubler. 3 creatures with tap: give two +1/+1 counters for just 4 mana. Absolutely insane.

Blue/green frogs and green/white frog/rabbit becks have been killing it for me

My friends hate me playing him it was my first deck and I only focused on it for the longest time now it have so many combos and infinite possibilities to go with by just switching out a few cards u can gain hella life or just turn it into a unblockable shroud and swing away with a few mana doublers

Step 1: Have Crucible of Worlds or similar effects Step 2: Play fetch lands. Step 3: Play Azusa, Lost but Seeking, Druid Class or similar effects, as well as landfall enablers like Tireless Tracker and Zendikar's Roil. Step 4: Play haste and trample enablers like Rising of the Day and Garruk's Uprising Step 5: Play sac outlets like Ashnod's Altar that can be activated repeatedly so you can sac all the elementals for value and massive damage. Step 6: Win the game. Just win the fucking game.

Just made my first mtg deck with Svella, the whole deck targets lands

1 v 1 he's a beast but you aren't getting through 3 or 4 other players fast enough

Hormet queen would go hard in this deck

I, in all seriousness, won 98 out of 100 Commander games consecutively with Fynn. (I have the images to prove it; it was on Arena.) Even if he gets removed, it's nothing to keep putting him back out and keep that engine moving.

My problem with Fynn is that you practically *can't* win without him on the battlefield. If he gets picked off more than 2 times you're probably out of the game, because bu the time you're casting him again you've probably lost. Also pretty weak to wrath effects, but I guess that's true for most creature basef strategies.

It's not that bad a card, but I think there's better ways to get creatures back, it's 5 mana and by itself it doesn't bring anything back till the next turn.

4/4 flyer for 5 in mono black that requires you to attack to do anything is not that great for a graveyard deck when there are plenty of better, less risky commanders that you could be using. Karador, for example, is a far superior option, as it gets around commander tax, it's in more colors, and you dont have to attack to get a creature back from the graveyard, and your opponent doesnt choose the card. Drana isn't bad, she's just not good enough compared to the other options, especially as a mythic.

I'd say it is because of the high mana pool being a harsh requirement. That along with modern day gruul decks becoming a "steroid all your creatures until you win" deck or a "exile everything you own and then profit from casting in a roundabout way" deck

This is the OG Narset and it used to be a boogyman at edh tables, even saw a lot of play in early Cedh as an extra turns deck
