    I agree testing is important but my question is Concentric strength = Eccentric strength.? Quads vs hamstring. We know most ACL injuries are in a decelerating mode under heavy eccentric load and the hamstring and glute do more to control femur and tibia internal rotation than the quads. Its QUADS QUADS QUADS and yes very important but hamstring glute and eccentric control tested???
