Synergy again, last year I began to describe my role as being an ‘Elder’ amongst younger board teams. I purposefully began to use this term to place value on the scale of my journey. I like your weaving/ spinning/matriarchal spinsters inspired references… I share the concept of only acquiring things I need and indeed to ensure that these things where possible will outlast me. Less input to the mind and more ‘presence to self’ - I appreciate that ideal.. .. going forth the find the people and places that echo and harmonise with my energy.. more thoughts tomorrow! What a generous way to share your trip Paris. Your commentary on the Stephen Jones expo was a delight - I felt we were visiting together and someone who knew a lot more about Fashion was enlightening me as to what was what.. The layers of inner deception/ deceit hmmm.. immediately thought of imposter syndrome.. is this inner deceit or is this legacy of oppression ? Have we lost the revolution of integrity already to external forces/threats with US / far right election agenda .. march of media dictatorships .. is personal integrity immune to the external forces.. when existential thoughts overtake consciousness.. Martha Beck is a thought provocateur indeed.. I enjoy listening to her Bewildered podcast… interesting title - does integrity become even possible if one is ‘bewildered’, integrity is surely a state that comes with personal clarity..

Are the biggest lies to ourselves? Can we strip the lies away and love what is left..
