For a tutorial on how to do deep learning based segmentation without the need to write any code using only open-source free software (Qupath/DeepMIB/FastPathology), we have recently published an arXiv preprint of this pipeline with a tutorial video here: th-cam.com/video/9dTfUwnL6zY/w-d-xo.html The pipeline is especially suited for pathologists who are not programmers and want to do deep segmentation of histopathological whole slide images.
