Cycling 100 Miles - York to Sunderland UK
Beautiful route in the north east of England. York to Sunderland in sub 5 degree celsius, an epic challenge in the lead up to the Mallorca 312 event in April 2025. Great training ride, enjoy watching!

First sail after a winter break - very rusty indeed. Great fun doing short lap races against Dan Trotter. Plenty of stalled tacks, swims and slow gybes... lots of work to do for the season! #sailing #sendit #mustoskiff #ovingtonboats
