For any angler to achieve their PB then watch the specimen return safely is especially satisfying. So a big thumbs up to you. Many many years ago a very big Angry Conger eel( the one that got away) I lost off our local jetty. It still haunts me 😮. A few years later I was rewarded with a PB Cod at Balcary weighing 26.5lbs Fishing can be so rewarding whether you catch anything or not! Very well done to you and your friends. 🙂👍

Great fish. What an expensive rod, didn't know that you could spend that much on one. All mine are secondhand from car boots etc, never spent more than £10 on one. Good luck.
