Hey there was a video for swapping an xB to tc steering wheel. They used the airbag from the xB in it. The video tells you how to remove the bag from the horn cover.

What did you do about the insulation and wiper washers? Im installing a vis hood and having some issues

can i ask how you screwed the brackets into place on the head unit? I'm about to install a similar head unit myself and i can't wrap my head around how to install the fascia when it won't fit around the screen, and it doesn't seem possible to install the fascia first and then screw the screen into place. am i missing something? or do you just have to leave it loose with this setup?

So why did you cut and smooth the fender and put it back on?? Are you going to replace the fender?? I was thinking maybe you cut and treated it because you were going to mount a wheel opening flare but????

How did it take you?

First disconnect the bottom part then the top and install the top part first then the bottom. Simple.

Feels like mine rn. 2008 I've been working on a bit and got a few things replaced. Bought it with front end damage and a rough idle. Replaced the door, hood, radiator support and bumper cover next is straightening the front a bit more because the hood still sits funny on the bumper cover but too bad. The air conditioning had a huge gash in it from sitting on the belt and now its super cold.

Instructions clearly state the spacers go between the bolts and the bar, but you put them after the bar. Noticed anything weird?

I have my xb since 5 years and i wish to keep it another 10 years but i am missing awd . Even automatic is fine as long as i get awd i would be so happy
