    This is the machine I got. Lincare thought it proper to override my doctors office, demanding I test my PT/INR weekly though my doctor wanted monthly tests. I informed them that I was going to follow my doctors orders since my doctor is a doctor as opposed to someone working a desk job. While I don't know why this is, I figure it's probably to hit Medicare with weekly bills for a greater profit, but that's my assumption; but with Lincare it's their way or the highway, so I told them I didn't want my machine anymore. They got my email address and told me they were going to send me a box to return the unit, so I gave them my email address but never got any emails nor the box they were supposed to send. Again, my suspicion is that they are probably milking Medicare for the machine and don't really want the machine back, whether it's being used or not. Again, I don't know if this is the case, but it's how it seems to me. I tried to call Lincare this morning but there was a 38 minute wait. I tried to "Contact Us" on their website, but all that did was direct me back to a phone number, so I posted this here figuring that they will perhaps respond with an email address.

    I'm about to buy an ST-A. My problem is leaks. I have an F20 full face. My respiration is around 7 which is too low (hence the ST-A). In the wee hours when I start getting into deep recuperative sleep, I start getting leaks since I'm presuming the respiration rate is too low. Those leaks wake me up. The mask is already very tight and I'm not sure what to do to prevent the leaks. I've had the nose silicone pad which helps the fit. Any ideas? Thank you kindly.

      Instead of the silicone try the memory foam cushions for the F20 mask. In case you’ve never heard of it it’s called the Airtouch (memory foam) cushions opposed to the Airfit (silicone) cushions. I had the same problem and thats what worked for me.

      @@danadcox9154 Thanks for the idea! I ended up getting a medium DOCTODD BMC CPAP F1B mask (a ripoff from an american mask) and its done much better. I'll try a medium airtouch next month! :)

      I use the bleep dream ports and tape my mouth shut with hypoallergenic medical tape, I also use a back up battery pack

    These things are under recall! By using these things on patients, you're using a recalled machine.

    This ventilator is a fair ventilator when a patient can't get a VOCSN. It's heavy, It's display is hard to read because the font is so small, I've had three fail in the last several months, the flow sensors are not compatible with nebulizer treatments, and overall, a lot of patients aren't fortunate to get the vents with the O2 Cell, so they can't get a precise reading on FiO2, and well Steer clear from this machine if you are able to.

    Reportedly due to a computer conversion, Lincare does not update it's billing system with customer co--pays. Despite making last two payments on time, today's mail shows a statement showing 2 payments, one overdue due. Why you ask, am I posting this story on youtube? Because after spending the better part of an hour on hold, I am taking a break to tell about Lincare's billing practices.

    Lincare thinks I should pay for product I don’t have and pay for absolutely crappy customer service during when I had my cpap. Nothing like raping customers with charging many times more than what the product is worth! Stay away from them!

    Lincare may provide nice info videos, but they are the WORST COMPANY to buy from (prices several times other online options) They do not itemize purchases to hide their high costs. Their prices are hundreds of dollars higher than what insurance allows. For e that means $230 more for each order. That is $230 MORE than the hundreds they get paid from insurance. And that is on a $500 total bill. That means that their markup is more than 50% They have a phone option to get an itemized bill, but rather than making it easy and have you enter your account # and have it automatically done (why don't they automatically do it at the first?) but, NO, they have you hold online for over a half an hour to speak to someone. Woefully understaffed They also call (sometimes several times a day) telling you that you need to reorder- Very intrusive There are many other places online that give prompt service and MUCH lower prices

    68 subs is your company really a scam? i mean i know your trying to scam me ..you send me a broken cpap machine and i call your company 20 times over 4 months and then you have the nerve to call me and say i have not met compliance ...tell me how am i suppose to use a machine THAT DOES NOT WORK
