Thank you so much for your positive comment, yes the pedal steel guitar for me is a fascinating instrument, I love it from the first day I heard it played by Paul Franklin in 1990 on the album with Mark Knopfler and The Notthing Hilbillies. Good music Frank

@@francescoporcumusic308 I'm a great dan of Country Music (I have a Steel Guitar too, but it's so difficult to Play this Instrument) and I love the sound of the Pedal Steel Guitar so much. The Album On Every Street combined the normal Dire Straits Sound with the Genre of Country Music. Paul Franklin played a lot of different kinds of Steel guitars this was amazing. In Stuttgart I was in the front row and was about 5 or 6 Meters away from Paul. Never forget this Concert.

@@StEf-j5v The pedal steel guitar is a devilish instrument, very complex and difficult to understand and manage, but if you can do this I think it is the most fascinating instrument on the planet. Lucky you that you had Paul next to you and could enjoy the Dire Straits sound live. Good music Francesco

@@francescoporcumusic308 Ciao Francesco, I would not say that the PSG is a devilish Instrument. It's phantastic and brilliant. The guy who developed this Instrument was phantastic. The PSG is the absolute Queen of Guitars. And yes I enjoyed to be so close to the world best Steel Guitar Player. But when you Look to all famous Country singers like George Straits, Clint Black, Garth Brooks, Alan Jackson, Randy Travis and so one, when you see their Steel Guitar Players in their live concerts they are amazing good. AS good as the Session Players. So in American there ist a uncountable amount of Talents who play this Instrument as well this is really amazing. I given Up playing that Instrument, because it's too difficult for me. Best wishes to you

Hi Tim, thank you for leaving your comment, I'm very happy that you appreciated it, I'm learning it, in that video it was the first week that I decided to start studying it, it's a very complex solo, for me who has been playing the pedal steel guitar only since 2017 it's very difficult because no one teaches me, so I have to do everything myself, now I've gone ahead with the studies and I play some other very nice ones, sooner or later I'll publish one of these. Ciao grazie per avermi scritto, purtroppo e a malincuore l'ho dovuta dar via perchè dovevo prendere la seconda pedal steel guitar custom gemella della N1 che avevo già dal 2016, questa che vedi nella copertina in foto del mio canale you tube è la N2. Quando la misi in vendita La comprò un tizio che secondo me non capiva nulla di chitarre ne cosa aveva tra le mani infatti ha fatto un giro in mille mani sbagliate e ora è in vendita in Giappone distrutta graffiata ecc non gli darei 1 solo euro per come l'hanno ridotta ma vabò a me servivano soldi per la pedal per il resto non mi interessava altro. Se ti può interessare ho in vendita una Martin HD40-MS Marty Stuart signature, l'ho data ad un negozio in Francia per vendermela perchè in italia non capiscono nulla di chitarre serie e di pregio e valore e la volevano a gratis, a me non mi hanno mai regalato nulla e chi la vuole la paga. La misi sul mercatino e mi scrissero in tanti ma tutti la volevano gratis. Allora ho fatto un contratto per 1 anno con questo negozio famoso di Parigi, vedremo se la riusciranno a vendere, è un capolavoro assoluto della Martin Custom shop del 1996, di una rarità unica da trovare e in quelle condizioni quasi impossibile, è tutta originale tasti 100% nuovi, meccaniche come da negozio fiammanti, tastiera intonsa come da negozio, un capolavoro di chitarra tenuta sempre in custodia come collezione e profuma come il giorno che l'hanno costruita compresa di custodia Martin Delux, completa di tutti i suoi documenti originali. Hi Brad, thank you very much for writing to me and above all that you appreciated the work of the great band Ride Straight, unfortunately it is a recording made with a common cell phone, and in the room there was an exaggerated sound pressure which the cell phone unfortunately does not support, so the cell phone goes into protection, you know well that you lose everything there, dynamics, audio quality etc., but I have my girlfriend record all the videos you see both live and in the studio, at least I have some good memories left. Ciao caro grazie mille che mi hai scritto e che hai apprezzato il grande lavoro della mia super band, io non ho chiuso nessun canale, mi è stato chiuso da you tube un anno esatto fa secondo loro per spam e frode ingannevoli roba da pazzi, me lo chiusero la prima volta a Febbraio feci subito il ricorso e lo vinsi e loro mi risposero che avevano fatto un errore chiedendomi pure scusa per questo errore, da quel giorno io manco più usato e dopo due mesi mi arriva la email che mi avevano nuovamente chiuso il canale roba da pazzi, il mio era un super canale perfetto dove pubblicavo come il mondo itero video di pesca sub e dello sport che io pratico, ha in mano tutto il mio avvocato, speriamo di riaverlo .
