This is for the adaptor that goes on the rack to allow you to attach their accessories. It's not the rack itself

I bought a ZAP TOP BAG, but it interferes with the area around the handlebars and cannot be used as a front carrier. So I want to change the position of the adapter by re-drilling the hole like in the video.

Hi, the weight capacity depends on which carrier you're using. Generally, our front carriers have a 10kg capacity, whereas most of our rear carriers can handle up to 27kg. Make sure to check the specifications of each carrier just to be safe though: atranvelo.com/product-category/carriers/

How does this work with side panniers? Are you not stil able to slide the panniers off the rack with this adapter installed?

Hi, thank you for the input. We're actually working on a lockable solution right now which is expected to be on the market within a few months. It will be compatible with all AVS accessories so if you already have a bag or basket it'll work with the lock system as well.

@@atranvelo thank you for your reply. This will indeed be a must-have here in Amsterdam. So the lock system will be an extra? How much will it cost? Do you plan on also releasing a basket that already includes the lock? I don't have one yet and would go for the solution with the built-in lock straight away.

No worries... is there an ETA or when such basket or additional lock will be out? This is the only thing that's keeping me from buying the Cortina Common bike right now that uses your AVS system.
