Here in the states, we have people that won't eat anchovies, or Worstershire Sauce, I may try fermented fish now, but I'd do the fillets😊

This actually makes me want to try it. Unfortunately like you mentioned it's pretty much impossible to find in the states. You have to special order it from overseas and it's very expensive plus shipping costs.
