Nujabes "Eternal Soul"
2010年2月26日、Nujabesは突然この世を去った。東京都港区で起きた交通事故で逝去。享年36。
Nujabes aka sebajun（瀬葉淳）は、レーベルHyde Out Productions、レコードショップTribeを運営するDJ、トラックメイカー。日本のみならず、世界中から愛された彼の音楽は、70年代～80年代の古典的なジャズ、ソウル、ファンクなどのブラックミュージックを独自の解釈で汲み上げ、生楽器の音色（ねいろ）が絡み合った、叙情的とも、神秘的とも形容された美しい音楽だった。
それから約半年が経った2010年8月14日、お盆の代官山UNIT。天国のNujabesへ捧げる追悼ライブイベント『Nujabes Eternal Soul』が開催された。生前の彼と彼が生み出してきた音楽を慕う国内外の有名アーティスト、DJたちが集ったこの夜のチケットは即完売。なんと急遽、追加公演が翌日のデイタイムに設けられたほどの騒ぎをみせた。
多くの出演者の中から本編では、Shing02、Cise Star (Cyne)、Apani、Funky DL、Substantial、Five DeezのFat JonとPase Rock、そして盟友Uyama HirotoといったNujabesの音楽を語る上で欠かすことのできないアーティストたちの貴重な話を聞くことができた。

The song in the beginning is Letter From Yokosuka, but its not the album version from Metaphorical State, its a live version, does anyone know where to find this version? You can feel the emotion and hear the timbre and tone of the saxophone so beautifully in this version!

@pzycologic that is part of Homeward Journey. There are like 2 versions, one of Uyama Hiroto (this one) and one of Nujabes. I don't even have words to describe the song, it is beyond beautiful..
