He’s one of them players where you gotta watch him to see how good he is. His stats may not be the best but he is creative and is a quality player. Known about him for years now, I’m so happy we’ve got him. I think him and ojeda are gonna link up really well but I’m still worried about Muriel.

I was happy to see the team play but I wasn’t too excited playing like the trophy truly mattered. Losing a starter for the season for a trophy that doesn’t matter wasn’t worth it. Sure it could have happened in training and these things happen. But the team doesn’t have a lot of depth at a lot of positions

It sucks to see Miami signing huge names and then seeing Atlanta spend like crazy during transfer windows. Meanwhile, we have to decide if we are team Ojeda or Evander 😢. If we could keep Ojeda (along with the rest of the core) and get Evander, I could see us becoming serious contenders this year. I worry that the miss with Muriel last season has limited the front office and Oscar's ability to make big signings. I really dont want to see us fall behind as the league continues to grow. I believe this is the last year we see this version of Orlando City. I'm hoping we learn from our mistakes the last two seasons and go for it this year.

I dont think "starting over" is a good idea, especially if we contend deep in the playoffs tgis year. Orlando City has been progressing these last handful of years, even knocking on the door to compete in the MLS finals this last season. Luis is right, we have a core of players that Papi built, we just need a couple key additions. "Papi out" will set the club back alot.

I think you guys got it totally right on James. If we did end up getting him the big concerns would be about his injuries and effort at the club level. If we did get him on a good deal, i doubt he would do much hustling, but he is just so creative and has that golden left foot.

Mate, he’ll be far from being the top player on the roster. He may be an important player but only after Estevao leaves for Chelsea. Palmeiras is the biggest national champion (12 titles) and got 6 points away from a 3rd title streak. Won 4 titles, got 2nd twice and 3rd twice on the last 10 years. Not to mention the Libertadores, Copa do Brasil and Recopa titles. Facu is definitely looking for a huge club in a highly competitive league that will allow him to get back to the Celeste squad and maybe get a transfer to a great club in Europe. Really hope comes out and wins our hearts just like he did up there.
