Ever seen a snow covered town asleep at 3:30 a.m. in the morning? This is about as close as you will come to seeing a city sleep. Very few cars on the road and a few Christmas lights might be seen if you look closely. Overall this is simply a relaxing drone flight about a small city called Morgantown which is home to around 50,000 people. A largely middle class city that is home to West Virginia University. Some of the university can be seen in this flight footage. The bridges you see all cross over the Monongahela River. A river that is fairly unique as it flows from south to north.
The drone used is a DJI Mavic 3S and the video was shot in 4K. As the video was shot in the darkness, it sometimes takes the camera a minute to focus or adjust to the available light. In the end, the footage does not disappoint and you will feel more relaxed. And couldn't we all use a little less anxiety in our lives?
Occasionally anxiety gets the better of me and I find that going out to make videos to help others relax can help me as well. So if you have way too much anxiety or suffer from panic attacks, then I hope these videos will serve almost like therapy to help you relax and unwind.
Tip for the day: Try replacing "fearless" with "courageous" during self-talk. When you say fearless, you invoke the word fear. Courageous invokes the word courage which is definitely something you have. And if you are here looking to learn and beat anxiety, that just proves all the more that you are courageous.
