Notice the Red Circle meaning you can trun on red vs red arrow. This is a dual lane. The Tesla driver cuts into my lane. Not sure why people cannot pay attention to what they are doing.

Think about this for a second before you comment. Do they have a license M1, are these street legal, no helmets and no insurance. Heaven help us all if there is an accident. Hope everyone is safe regardless and arrives home.

I think it's the car in front from 0:53 onwards. Their road positioning is questionable from this turn and onwards. They go oddly slow at one time after the car in front of them turns he still lingers around slowly, then speeds off. And I'm fairly certain at the end they completely ignored the stop sign.

880 South in Milpitas Ca. I added some additional video for more context. The silver SUV had been tailgating for several miles. I created distance to continue with the flow of traffic. My vehicle has adaptive capabilities and I had just resumed my last setting when the silver SUV made an unsafe lane change. If had stayed the course we would have collided.

I do not think to fast at all round the curve, there is something else caused it. Accelerating to early whilst still in the curve but almost certainly it was extremely bad/bald tyres were the cause. No way did it enter or go to fast in to the curve to cause a spin, in my opinion anyway but hey, I could be wrong lol

So suppose I’m doing 25 mph in the school zone or in any residential area. School zone aside. A vehicle driver flings the door open and I hit the door and driver. US law - the parked vehicle driver is at fault. You think opening a car door into the flow of traffic is a good idea. Just want to make sure I understand your point.
