Also a tip to get better is to find training packs that will help you and also do some free play to figure out the balls movement and dont focus on doing wall aerials because they do not help in comp, you could also learn air rolls because they help alot.

I recommend to try not to flip around the field unless ur recovering bc if the ball turns away from where u flipped u can't turn around or half flip instantly

Just go into powershots training pack, and maybe dribbles too, im champ1 but i feel like zen after doing those (You can also do double tap training pack but i dont reccomend it if youre not daimond)

You flip too quickly which causes the Ball to gain more speed from your cars hit, try timing it and hit with the front of the car
More speed is actually better

The only tip i can provide is to do with the bindings, mabue change the boost bond so you can jump and boost a the same time to increase speed

This play was good, but first i'd say learn how to do an air roll shot. These can help generate power and help you place shots better. How they are done, is by using whatever air roll you have (left or right) and after turning your car either cancel your flip, or just to start off hit it by side or front flipping. Hope this helps :3
I know about power but i would like to say that air roll doesn't add power to the shot, just makes it look nicer

You can use the tip of your car without air roll it's honestly just complicated

No it won't and you don't need air roll to consistently hit the ball with the tip of your car. Air roll just makes things fancier or helps to wavedash a little

If you mean to kickoff, no. Honestly, it never works and I can easily beat somebody using speed flip kickoff. Normally going after and flipping at the end is better in my opinion. Also, dang man
