Yes, it fixes the issue, but now everything that goes through monitoring device (Headphone for Ex.) will also be picked on twitch, so if we dont want to broadcast Discord call or browser video audio which is also getting picked on by our only monitoring device (in case only 1 monitoring device is connected) we will be at a huge disadvantage, so its best only when you have multiple monitoring device like Headphone + Speaker.

hello doing the first thing fixed the crackles on my side but with this i lose the ability to control separate sound sources , so the games audio alerts and everything is going through the same audio source which is not ideal. how to configure this in a better way?

This video was actually pretty helpful! I was trying to troubleshoot a duplicating audio issue i had with my OWN3D overlay, turns out somehow the audio from all the scenes with an alert overlay were triggering simultaneously despite being diffrent URLS

the problem is when i put my alert to monitor and output then the alert gets buggy and crackly and speeds up i saw a lot of people that have that problem but there is no way to fix it yet do u know how to fix it? i have the same problem with triggerfyre for my sounds (i use obs)

dang rthis sucks i keep my desktop audio muted because i watch stuff off stream that people cant hear and turning on desktop audio would mess that up for me dang

I can't even setup my sound alerts. When I use the browser source on obs and click 'control sound via OBS'. The sound alert doesn't show up in my audio mixer at all

This doesn't work for me, when I do the 'control audio via OBS' no sound alerts source appears. I've tried doing the default settings and nothing happened.

I use streamlabs and i have this reoccuring problem. The sounds alerts work just fine until they don't without me changing anything. I can't hear them anymore but my audience can. I tried to setup them again multiple times but nothing. In the past for some reason it will work again by remaking the audio sorce the exact same way it was already existent... not anymore. it just doesnt work and i don't understand why. My audio device is correctly setup, the audio source is set to monitor and output (and i tried also the other options) but still it only works for viewers Can i have a little help please?
