I was going to edit this down quite a bit but my video editing program crashed whenever i tried to import this video i decided to upload it anyway Edit: I tried to do a quick dirty edit with the youtube editor. I cut out the extra three names i did at the end incase i messed some up because i didnt. I also cut the intro and outro to not be boring but left the entire timed run uncut.

Okay, no matter what they pick... imagine the paldean starters with megas rq. They all hit relatively hard for a starter. All have a move guaranteed to crit. THE WEED CAT ALREADY GETS PROTEAN! etc. Now Imagine all that...with a stat boost😰

They won’t give the Paldea Starters a Mega, I know that for sure. Maybe the Kalos starters, but we won’t know for sure until it drops a new trailer.

Gen 9 starters aren't getting new forms unfortunately. It's too soon and it was the same with PLA. They were gen 8 games but they didn't give the Gen 8 starters any new forms either.

I'm predicting the Z-A starters would be a Grass/Rock regional Serperior, a Fire/Electric regional Cinderace, and a Water/Fighting regional Empoleon whereas the Kalos starters would be caught in the wild in some way and would get mega evolutions

I think the starters will be Snivy, Piplup, and Fuecoco. Snivy and Piplup obviously for who they symbolize(Royal and Emperor) and Fuecoco to show ties to the Louisiana Bayou with Crocodiles/Alligators since at a point of time, Louisiana was under the control of the French

I think we can take our Gen 9 as well since PLA didn’t include any of the latest gen (Galar) in its lineup. I’m hoping for Serperior/Rillaboom, Delphox/Incineroar, Primarina/Inteleon as the starters everyone’s fairly underwhelming except for incineroar but you know he’s popular to get a regional alt or a mega

If there are new megas I’m saying that it’s gonna be piplup, snivy, and scorbunny but if it’s gonna be new final forms I would go with sobble, snivy, and torchic

Gen 9 starters will probably be excluded since it would be weird to have the same pokemon as a starter in the last 2 mainline games. If the mega evolution rule isn't something gamefreak follows, i would expect a starter from Gens 1,3, and 8 since they haven't had any of their starters in a Legends game, which is the same reason I took Gen 4's starters out. Personally if the starters were from the 3 Gens i named, i would like to see Charizard (Gen 6 gave it a mega that has dragon typing so maybe they could instead do this with a regional form now). I could also see a Sceptile form as our grass starter which leaves Inteleon which I might be the only person who wants a form for it.
