The difficulty of the first stage in a normal deep dive is haz 3.5, in the second stage the difficulty is haz 4 and in the third stage it's haz 4.5. In a elite deep dive the difficulty of the first stage will be haz 4.5, in the second stage it will be haz 5 and the last stage is haz 5.5. A normal deep dive is made of 3 stages, 6 separate objectives and maybe a modifier that makes the stage easier or harder, a elite deep dive is just a normal deep dive but harder.

That battle yyour doing in sz 37 is completely ahistorical. In 1942 Japan dominated the British in that area and for most of that year was striking out into the Indian ocean. Its a killer move against Japan that never happened and it comoletely unbalances the game in the Pacific.

Every turn I was surprised to see Japan still hadn't taken the rest of China. Japanese troops in the East were just sitting there, idle. And it's not like Russia was going to turn any of its forces in that direction.

Looks to me like UK got extremely lucky to hold here. I think realistically UK would have had to hold back at least couple of extra tanks from going into Burma to get this result. Which still should clean up Burma well enough. With an extra fighter or two from US or UK flying in from across the board this would be even stronger. Nice video. If there's no pearl harbor attack the US can easily land a fighter in India by round 2 to help. Seems even with the Gencon 3 adjustment this is a pretty strong strat from Japan and you pretty much have to treat every game as if it's a J3 till you know otherwise. Which will most certainly give Germany room to run wild in the Med and greatly pressure Russia and limits what UK can do in the Atlantic and to support Russia so there are definitly still major problems for the allies in this scenario. The bright side I see is at least the UK will have a tank force to swing up into Russia when Russia starts to crumble.

You tell me a transport can go to phillipines, pick up a unit and attack a sea zone away but fail to say "right click" or left click" or whatever

You need to demonstrate this against at least a silver player online and not the AI. As you said “the AI is stupid”, so it’s hard to trust the strategy when you haven’t tested it out on a real player. I feel like a respectable silver player and above could stop this if they see that it’s coming.

Using the Low Luck dice roll option might be a better choice here.

As UK should you retreat if Japan has very strong odds of taking India? Those troops could split and take Africa, support USSR, or loop around and put pressure on asia?

Woah, how do you move then move to attack? I tried to do that with tanks but it just takes me to the final destination instead of blitzing a neighboring zone.

"Monumental Pain in the Ass" exactly. I have played this game for many decades in many different ways (board, old MSN dial-up, TripleA, CD-Rom) and this version does not even come close to those for ease of gameplay.

its a 3 year old video , and still solved all my questions and doudts. i just promoted my first dwarf Driller, and didn't understood without Deep dive how to acquire the cores. i play with 2 of my friends to kind of waiting for their first dwarf to promote for the 9 mission long assignment to start simultaneously . in meantime i completed the machine event but didn't get anything , that when i doudted myself why is that i didn't get any overclock from machine event. now i know , i need blank cores first for machine event. thanks man

So for the record I think that Briton can hold India indefinitely. (With coordination from USSR and USA.) however this video feels a little pointless . As he admits we aren’t even moving for the other nations here. Normally the reason that UK can hold is because of the balanced pressure form the US fleet in the pacific. PS. I do love that sea-zone 37 attack though. It’s a staple opening for UK and it is invaluable for giving America enough time to amass a fleet.

I send a Sev against sea zone 10 instead of 11 Destroyer your subs can I get a counter attacked by British Air Force and killing that transport isolates the Canadian troops and also takes immediate pressure off of Germans mainland so that he can focus on Russia

My first time playing Oblivion back in the day I stumbled on this cave or some type of dungeon situation where I was apparently bitten by a vampire while sleeping. Happened early on, probably the first ten hours of my playthrough. I embraced it. Spent my days looking for victims and feeding off of the less fortunate to cross my path in the early hours of the night. I greatly appreciated the complexity in game design. Entire systems one might not have ever encountered.

Warning!: If you had promotiion assignment and weakly core hunt, complete hunt first, because after promotiion weakly assigments resets for your account, it's in the game a long time and still exists, i think it's probably legal mehanic.

This game is so much more immersive and interesting than skyrim imo... I love everything about it, the menus, the sounds, the map, it all just has so much depth to it, it feels like a real adventure in another realm. This game and fallout 3 are my number ones 😪 I don't think they'll ever be topped

This strategy only works against the AI. If you try this against a halfway decent human player, it will not go as it's so easily planned out here, where the AI does exactly the same weak thing every time. For instance, as the German player I would attack the US transport/destroyer flotilla of East USA for sure, which derails this video's strategy. What's more, don't count on a human Japanese player to just stand by and let you throw 100% of your IPC's at Germany. I have a strategy to take both the UK and India on Turn 2, but it only works against the AI.
