lets compare this to many products that are sold at various stores. you check the price and its $799 at every single retailer. because the MFGR sets the price. and the retailer cannot lower the price or they will no longer be allowed to sell that item or even brand. but these manufacturers keep the price HIGHER, not lower. yet vision plans pay well below rates that have kept pace with the costs of running a business.

It's about more than just exchanging information; it's about connecting with patients on a deeper level, ensuring they feel heard and understood. I appreciate all of the advice, I’ve always felt like the non-competes were too hard to enforce and therefore worthless in most situations, but I’ve seen a few instances where they were needed. I always feel if you treat your team well and have great communication they’ll never want to leave.

-I love the analogy of the “training wheels sales exercise” of genuinely prescribing a consultation for a complex procedure like myopia control or dry eye. -I also like the tech asking more open ended questions getting to know the patient and making notes for the doctor to review so they can custom make a plan and make the patient think through the real reason they want the procedure. -He has such a kind way of grabbing a patient from the lobby that was waiting too long. #GoGators

great conversation. I will add on trade secrets that there really aren't many. practice locations, product offering, marketing and so on is in the public domain. Look at practices' websites and you can theoretically copy content, promotions and more. The greatest secret, which I'll share now, is exceptional execution and service delivery for patients.
