Hiiii I literally find it impossible to believe you're in your late 40s! You are so beautiful of course but you also radiate such youthful energy. <3 P.S. I'm 17 but my mum is 52 and she also grinds her teeth at night - she went to her dentist and they recommended her a nightguard.
