Enjoy your running videos - good time as well. Great pickup at the end. Did you go too quick on the first km? Hard to judge as the course looks undulating with some nice hills to trick you... Nice animal sounds around there too. Good stuff

Yeah its a hard course to get a fast time but makes them flat runs alot easier ! Weight 84kg at 181cm
Good job getting a new PB, I know you can get sub twenty if you keep it up!
