Note you can eat and walk it not about the rudeness it’s that Tokyo is soo congested that you mite bump in to someone wail your eating so you can eat and walk just look out that’s why they pack light with sacks so you don’t make a mess.. also for trash if you need look for one look up family mart Lawson or 7-11 and mini mart.. but take plastic bag just in case.. btw I hope you know some hotels can deliver your luggage to next destination for 10-14$ or to airport just ask front desk…
