This house was built by my LaTourette Ancestors. Jean (John) Latourette, the weaver, lived in Fountain County, Indiana, and was my 4x great grandfather.

how did you get in and where do you walk?

Hey, I had a quick question regarding your North Shore Branch exploration. While you were walking the tracks did you encounter any spurs that deviated from the normal commuter path of the track? I've been doin a lot of research and noted that there were at least 2 businesses that used the tracks even up until the 1980s or 90s. Wanted to see if you had any information. Thanks!

My GGGGrandfather William Henry Appleton was the owner for almost 40 years. It's truly a beautiful place, perhaps the most amazing views in the 5 boroughs. More stories etc., but hope you visit it!
