I would like to now how much Disney pays for these jobs.
I can't recommend Wild enough. Both the book and the film
The End of Democracy is getting me down. Maybe one of these films will cheer me up.
I would have loved to work as a Disney character - but I don't have the improv skills needed 😂😂. Just gotta dress up as a Disney princess on my own - Halloween is my time to shine.
You should also live in a place that's cloudy all the time. Otherwise your Twilight aesthetic is doomed to failure.
I can see why they hired you. You seem to have the kind of cheerful personality they look for (from what I can see when I interacted with some park employees the one time I was there).
I’d love to see you review Sean Baker’s new film- Lenora. I thought it was a masterpiece all around! It definitely made me sob.
Soul was awesome. There’s so much movement and creativity. It’s definitely a message movie. I have not see the others.
Ally, you are amazing. I never saw that movie. I am really not into horror or slasher type movies. I will take you to any other kind of movie…. like Beetlejuice 2….or the new Moana movie ….see, total nerd here!
I loved working there during the holiday season. I love hearing you as you are talking about the trials and tribulations of being a princess. Did you get to know Loki? Did he mention the Snow? I would love to talk to you more about Disney stuff…but not here.
While you were “Goofying” around doing your princess thing, I was at the front gate, scanning tickets and greeting them so they can start their day magically. In your case, it was easy to get the girl out of Disney but very hard to get the Disney out of the girl. Only firmer cast members will relate. We should talk about our experiences. There are so many things we could talk about, but not here. Take care, be well, and don’t eat too much on Thanksgiving! ….Manny
you look like rapunzel!
How can I get into the pyrotechnician job at disney? And how do you apply for jobs at Disneyland?
I've seen 3 out of 5 of these films! I'll have to watch LOST IN TRANSLATION and WILD STRAWBERRIES this holiday season! Thanks for another fantastic video :)
I know it's rather cliche but I would recommend My neighbour Totoro. I appreciate animation isn't everyone's cup of tea but it is honestly worth checking out. A film full of wonder, magic and joy.
Happy late Sunday, Ally!😊😊😊😊😊😎☀🌌💙💙💙💙💙💙💙🙏🌷💖💖💖💖💖💖⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍
I love your facts, Ally!😀💙💙💙💙💙💙💙🌷💖⭐💖⭐💖⭐💖⭐💖⭐💖⭐💖⭐👍
That was awesome, Ally!😀💙💙💙💙💙💙💙🌷💖⭐🎇💖🎇💖🎇💖🎇💖🎇💖🎇👍
Thank you for the kind message at the beginning of your video. Also, I love the topic of hope through movies. I have turned to movies myself for hope. Spider-Man 2 (2004) is one that has helped me showing that forgiveness is possible, that seemingly unwinnable situations can turn out right, and that those doing good deeds are not alone and can find support. For sci-fi, "Landscape With Invisible Hands" gives me hope of human art's survival through all of the artificial intelligence out there.
thank you for making a new video❤
Hello love ❤
The 2 Gurren Lagann Movies and Promare Very Similar Themes Dumb Antics But Visually Colorful and Amazing to watch Studio Trigger Does wonders I also love Karate Kid Pt.II
Ally, if you really want to see a truly disturbing piece of work from Nicolas Cage, watch 8MM. It's an excellent film dealing with the truly shady side of underground Hollywood and the "snuff" film genre that was prevalent at the time. I like the film, but it is really creepy and quite honestly terrifying to watch at times.
❤your vids!!
Thank you so much! This is too kind 🥰
It was always a dream of mine of be a Disney Princess (mainly Ariel) at the Disney Parks. But the fact it’s based off body and looks so much has definitely taken a bad tool on my life. I’m 5’9/5’10 and so i know I’m to tall, and it’s really frustrating because I know how to play Ariel and other characters really well. But it feels like I can only be Villians or marvel characters. It’s super unhealthy in my opinion. I’m curious if any other performers developed this problem or body image issues because of how Disney casts.
Did you have any grown men or teenagers hitting on you and trying to get your Info?
this may be one of the most underappreciated jobs on the planet because the impact it has is unmeasurable. what i would say to the young women doing it is, look at it as a stepping stone into other work you want to commit your life to. the strength you bring every day directly equates to the magic guests experience!
Why did you quit Disney???? I’d stay forever 😍💜
My friend he works at Disney now he like helps with the fire works and all that but I can’t wait to go to Disney again and see him because it’s been awhile too and your so pretty though you actually do look like a real princess to me 🩷 can you do look like Aurora to me also
You need more videos...
From all the uniquely creepy promotion, I was ready for something shocking and original, even if not great by the usual standards. Like Blair Witch or Skinamarink. But I never expected it to be so boring and ordinary. It just feels empty, there's a ton of missed potential in characterization, side storylines and moral implications. It feels like a botched studio edit of a 3-hour-long story, but it's not. It's an arthouse horror by a "visionary" director, except it has no vision. Biggest disappointment of the year.
Stumbled upon this as a former Security cast member. I have an eerily similar experience. I got hired in Vegas for a new security job on the strip and got furloughed/called back. Had I kept my previous full time casino job I would have worked the entire shutdown because I was classified as full time security. I chased the money. And now I regret it. Making the right choice especially when it comes to Disney is always the right choice!
I wonder how many bodies she has...
So what do you work now? I personally always wanted to work as a writer for either Disney or Universal Studios but I wouldn’t know where to look to find that position available.
Exactly! She's gorgeous and just like Princess Aurora!
If you like crime/horror together, check out Red Rooms (the French Canadian one.)
I really enjoyed your videos telling about your experience. One question from me. Are there strict age limits to be able to perform as a Disney princess or if you’re good looking and experienced you might get a job even in your 30s? Thank you.
What an incredible experience in being able to bring a smile to a child..and adult! I have two tuxedo kitties (sisters) and their names are......wait for it......Aurora and Jasmine. 🙂😻 Thank you for sharing your journey with Disney!
I’m gonna be so fr I think you and I were both in the waiting room at Team Disney in the blue building January 2020😂. I was only there from January 2020- March 2020 though!
As a proud Disney Adult (who's "Disney crush" has always been Aurora) I always make an effort to be SUPER-respectful, when my sister and I go "Princess Hunting" (we're big fans of character photo ops when we visit Disney) because I know you girls have to be on guard for "THAT guy." It's great hearing about things from the Princess' POV and I look forward to hearing more; but hopefully not too many horror stories.
Hi working as a Disney Princess was my dream job when I was a kid do you think that’s so late am 32 now😊
I loved the original Silence of the Lambs and Seven. What other movies qualify as “procedural cop / horror film?” Because I think it’s my type of film, too.
Do they actually have to be mean? Once I met Mulán and she was the rudest (she totally ruined my fav character)
How tall are you? I know most princesses are shorter, and my friends who were friends with Meg usually were also friends with Snow Queen. I’m surprised you were friends with both!
I did meet the Wasp once during Covid when she was standing on the car. She was so eager to talk to me but I wasn’t sure if we were supposed to. Maybe you were she? That would be funny! Thanks for the talk!
Wow you must be really tall to do Meg! Plus to deal with that wig is impressive!
Question? How to you keep from getting a wig headache, im sure you had to wear that costume all day.
I wonder how much of this is true and how much of it are white lies. Disney isn’t stupid, I’m sure she signed an NDA or some legal agreement, document thing limiting what she is able to speak about publicly after no longer working with the company..
Go girl!
There are a ton of opportunities, at Disney, in entertainment. I am not sure what your degree is, but I do know that Disney loves degrees. I am always seeing behind the scenes interview after behind the scenes interview, that Disney publishes (as well as podcasts), about people who started off in characters (or similar), and have grown into tremendous roles with the company. Keep your eyes peeled! Network, my friend! All the very best!
