Green Mangoes with Dipping sauce
A mouth watering snack, Green mangoes with dipping is my favourite dish. You must try this dipping sauce recipe. It can be dipped with Green sour mango, sweet mangoes or other kind of sour fruits. The recipe is easy and only take around 5 mins to cook. Now let's try it!
Ingredients
- 2 Sour Green mangoes
- 2 table spoon of fish sauce (you can use salt if you like)
- 2 Blocks of plum sugar (around 200g.)
- 1 table spoon of Shrimps plates (if you don't like it, add more fish sauce or salt instead)
- Chilis powder
- Red onion
- Dried Shrimps

It's not a big brand. I got it from Amazon. You can search for "oven airfryer". There are many different options to choose. My size is 12 litres.
