400% dungeons or the fortress def mission since it got buffed.
- Conclusion:
- Assuming you can clear the 400% dungeons in 4 minutes or less it's better (Overall) for both XP Since the Fortress takes around 8 minutes.
- 400% gave 10 Levels for weapon in 4 minutes / Fortress Gave 15 Levels in 8 minutes. ( pick your poison )

(Pro's & Con's)
400% The Asylum:
- Tons of loot ( Mods / Transcended / Gold / Weapon Mats / Reactor Mats / Kuiper / Mats in general for crafting )
- Decent clear speed if you have a well built character for 400% (depends on the 400% daily)
- Amorphous Material farm ( For Catalysts & Activator Blueprints) Aka. you farm the bosses
( Cons )
- You don't always get a good Missions everyday ( Some of them takes long or annoying to clear )
- you will have a hard time clearing if you are still not built yet / public matches usually carries but not always.

Fortress Defense Mission:
- Very Chill Semi-Afk with ( Freyna/s)
( Cons )
- No Loot ( you get some shards & gold if you run around ) not worth tbh
- it takes longer to clear.
