R2 can be a mix of neutron, glow, and plasma plastic to my knowledge. It’s the scraps of their premium plastic all blended together and black color added to it.
I don't think they make plasma watts right now. wow

The R2 are not base plastic they are neutron plastic is not base plastic technically electron is there base plastic but it feel better then most other company’s premium plastics MVP really making all around the best quality disc
Detour has become my favorite disc by far, and ive been throwing for 20 years
Electron is their base.. r2 has been very durable for me so far.. been throwing a r2 crave real heavy for over a year
MVP better value for the money if you plan on throwing all the discs… if your collecting I feel like the Discmania plastics outshined the MVP as far as aesthetics go and maybe to a collector’s eyes
R2 is pretty much recycled premium plastic (neutron), not base plastic, even tho they probably throw some baseplastic too into the mix when making it. Their Electron plastic is the base plastic.
@@Naitsirk1 oh ok I wasn’t too sure about what they considered their base plastic. I bet it’s better than everyone else’s I haven’t thrown an electron. I should do a base plastic video 👀👀👀
@@StevenKitchensDiscGolf Yeah its pretty nice. James Conrad throws electron Envy and electron Volt for example instead of premium plastic, really grippy and beats in fast!

Gyropalooza 2024! I love my Glitch but I wish it was a tad bit more stable and heavier which is what I’ve heard the Watt is. 🤞
the parachute is exactly that. this one is a 156g but im sure you can find some heavier ones. it makes sense to have a pitch, glitch, and parachute cause they all have the same similarities but the pitch is a tad understable, the glitch is neutral and the parachute is the one that has a little but of fade at the end. honestly the best 1 speed trio in disc golf. havent tried the pitch just yet but im adding one.
Check the r2 some of them have glow plastic and they look awesome

@StevenKitchensDiscGolf sorry I just saw one of the ppl in a group had an r2 that glowed and it was super sick looked like a star filled sky
@ I don’t think mine are. But my vanish is a blue glow and it looks amazing

@@Jac833 I like knowing what disc is what. I like original stamps until I get familiar with what does what. I don’t mind having Innova discs like that. Even then I don’t have a single F2 disc of theirs. But since I’m so new to MVP I really don’t know what does what. I do know the balance is BEEF. Like huge flair skips and everything. It’s still fun to throw though

Best thing I can say is please please please throw a trail,detour, and a hex my current 3 favorites I’m sitting on and I hope u at least give them a try
@@discoeskimo7375 I already got the trail, envy, pitch, shift, replacing my PDGA stamped crave, Tesla, and hex so I think I’ll have all those covered when my bag is done. Which shouldn’t be long from now

@ I had a tour of terror Halloween stamped pixel already. The R2 goes with it so well and when you throw it the R2 has a bit more stability which is nice. You will see it when I do a full in the bag with that one.

This might be a hot take but the discmania box is better than the mvp box. Those black discs and glow discs seem like they'll be lost easily in snow in the daytime
