But your video is not optimized properly, no good tags are used in the video, so that which the video does not get views. If your video is properly optimized then your video will get more views and subscribers will increase. And your brand values increase rapidly.

    I like that 30 day approach. I remember a meditation book called 30 Days to Sobriety by Harper Daniels that helped me out.

      I think 30 days is necessary to give your body enough time to feel the benefits of no alcohol. Many don't realize that the effects of alcohol last in the body for days, and that includes the depressive effects. Thanks for the comment!
