Josh Kon’s insights on building a successful roofing business highlight the importance of strong team culture, effective systems, and innovation. His focus on employee welfare and strategic marketing, along with his move into solar roofing with Tesla shingles, shows the value of adaptability and forward-thinking in business. A great lesson in scaling a company for long-term success.

Very powerful words...i believe one part of the reason people can't say no is having to deal with the awkwardness of telling someone that they are not the right customer for them or that they struggle to figure out how to tell someone that they are a little crazy and would rather pass lol. It ain't easy but definitely necessary to figure out!

One word, endless power! This video brilliantly shows how mastering the art of saying 'no' can transform not just your business, but your peace of mind. Betto’s story is a wake-up call-focusing on the right clients and setting boundaries isn’t just smart, it’s essential. What’s the hardest ‘no’ you’ve had to say that changed everything for the better?

This was very cool to listen to. Being someone who's day job is to hire people, it's refreshing to hear a business leader say they care about each individual person they hire. I love how this concept is what led to the idea of having a nickname for each employee. I feel very blessed to be one of Dan's friends. He's the real deal and is a great representation of hard work, humility, love, friendship, and authenticity. They say to hang around people who make you better; Dan is one of those people that elevates any room he's in. Love you bro!

As a new manager hired into a new organization there are a number of preexisting problems within the organization ranging from poor planning, lack of direction and jaded and disgruntled employees who distrust "management". These problems are not my fault but they are my responsibility to fix. Beyond getting my team in line I am working on getting the other managers and my boss to also shape up but the internal politics are killing this place

Hi dear!!! Hope you are well. Your video-making is very good. Your content ideas are excellent. But I was researching your channel and was shocked to see that your every video has lower audience engagement and also reaches much lower. If you permit me to do so, I will share some information to increase your channel. Then you get lots of subs, views, and a larger audience reach organically daily. Are you interested to know?

I hope I’m not alone in taking the time to watch myself on video. This podcast was released today, and I made sure to watch it. While self-reflection often reveals areas for improvement, what truly stood out to me was Gerritt's exceptional talent. I watch a lot of content, seeking truth and insights from experienced hosts. Yet, Gerritt's natural ability to facilitate meaningful conversations genuinely surprised me. His skill in drawing out my stories and experiences speaks volumes about his genuine love and compassion for others. I encourage everyone to connect with Gerritt in any way possible. His authenticity and dedication will undoubtedly leave a lasting impact on many lives.
