I know that this was almost a year ago, but I was able to recently get this mug (or very similar) from this company. Have you had any issues with removing ALL of the bubbles? I have had mine burst before and didn't know if it was because I didn't leave some air or if it was caused by something else.
I always leave a little air in mine. I have had no feed back of them bursting
