I stayed at this hotel for 2 days and had a terrible experience. The room was dirty and smelly, with cockroaches and other insects. The bathroom was unclean and had garbage from other guests. There was no water available in the bathroom for 6 hours, and the light was fluctuating all night. The entire premises were littered with garbage and bottles. A group of about 10 boys disturbed the main area and used my personal tent washroom. The food was bad, and the staff was unresponsive. Despite calling reception twice, I never received a mosquito coil. The manager, who was in Delhi, told me to cancel via MMT but did not resolve any of my issues.
