I would not have expected this to show how to open the mouse without explaining / demonstrating how to clean it. And where does an ordinary person obtain replacement switches if they are not able to be cleaned?

WARNING!!! This video completly ignore the two springs on the front of the scroll weel base. I only noticed that after spanding a lot of time trying to find where those springs came from and was lucky enough not to loose them. Thumbs down to this irresponsible video.

This is very similar looking to the one I had and it was one of the most flawless brilliant products I've ever owned. After a few different 9nes my sony became my constant companion. And part of the reason I so love/hate sony. The next newer but very similar model I bought for family and it sucked. Less features, less bump proof and battery life went from 12 hrs to a lazy stupid useless 4 hours. Sony likes to screw you like that sometimes. And for no good reason. They had the chips and just had to screw some customers.
