Also, I even rework my whole trading plan after seeing I was up 750-900 and letting it go back break even, I realized that was a form of unaware greed and selfishness. Its either a winner or a loser for now own. And i have been killing it sticking to my plan.

BTW i trade the MYM mostly...on MYM there was a progressive down trend with a 4x high touch with no breach. I figured I would risk 300. Thinking NFP would be good, and that would scare the market into thinking that rate drops were gonna stop or slow down...which was with the trend...and with all the failures to break the highs i thought that was a bet for a short. I only take about 2-4 trades...you made a distinction between "Trade Ideas" and "Contracts" which is whats up! alot of ppl dont see that or make that distinction. I might add it 1 idea with several micros...but the system will count the contracts as "Trades"...good video btw.

The PA wasn't smooth today. I wonder if it's because it was too close too CPI so most of the volatility is being reserved. That pullback at 9:31am and 9:40am pure manipulation to spook shorts out of their position.
