Just your average joe trying to stay healthy and fit.
With so much BS and Misinformation out there you have to do your own research to find the truth and that goes for everything from religion to health to science. Dont settle on a couple people to listen to, listen to all sides and theories because that's how I was delivered from a Legalistic Religious Mindset.

I am a believer in my creator and all I see. Common sense is not so common anymore, to much deception out there for whatever reason.

I dont trust the govt. Or the military or the heads of science's. I understand there is a need for keeping certain things a secret or misleading the public for safety sake.
Conspiracy theories are a mix of truth and lies so you have to dig deep to find the truth because the truth can be uncovered. Dont believe someone just because you like them, especially preachers.

I will give my own opinion about things and I may be right or wrong so dont take what I say and run with it, check it out.
