You would find the taste are almost the same like the one you found in Chinese restaurant or mall that selling Mee Kari China... Very nice, this is what we always get the feedback from customers
I'm surprised that their live in a simple house. Their Curry is very famous in Penang. Its a legend. They should increase their price a little bit and have easier life. Like hire a helper, etc. I believe most of their customer will not complain if they increase their price by 1 or 2 MYR.

the grand daughter will be blessed for helping her elderlies. So many elderlies die in this world alone. Their kids and grand kids stop visiting them. They pass away not even knowing that they were gone. sad or what? It is a huge blessing from God to help them. They need you and will save a beautiful place for you in heaven and will be waiting for your arrival one day.
Keep the recipe and open a fancy restaurant. Hire people to work for counter, cleaner and waiter but only family allowed to work in the kitchen so the recipe will remain as a secret.
she may said that..but deep inside she care for maymay...its a tiring work, and the ah ma didnt want may may do that labour work..thats why she said that...three of them have a big heart....
Because old minded people always scared the recepie been stole and sell... If the young people sincere for learn why not give to her? Because they scarred not they worry about the young ladies trouble...
It's a hard labor as may may said in the last minute of the video, the elders don't want the young to sell mee because of how well educated the young are. I can relate to that.
May May should carry on the legacy. I understand every senior in our family doesn’t want to see the younger generations to suffer but which job is easy? The answer is to be a boss. It won’t be easy tho but at least don’t have to take on attitudes from employers or other colleagues. In Penang, selling food won’t make you a millionaire but it can still earn good money. Both grandma already made a name for that curry mee, it just need someone to carry on. If she has passionate like the two grandmas and continue to selling good curry mee, not only Penang lang will support.
