Animal Love Rescue performs dozens of miracles every day. When a good friend of mine in Costa Rica (luckily not far from this Center) died 2 years ago, I went to ALR seeking their help. She had over 2 dozen dogs, parrots, cats, etc. but suddenly they were left without anyone to care for them. ALR jumped in and saved them all: th-cam.com/video/P9WnW2oLvMA/w-d-xo.html, providing them health care, a new place to live, food and love, while keeping them all together. I visited them recently and helped out for a week, walking dogs and witnessing the outstanding work they do. It's a virtual mini-paradise, tucked away discreetly in a valley 90 minutes north of the capital of San Jose. ALR deserve support in every form possible, financial, volunteers, etc. I will return in October '24 to take a dog back to Canada and will continue to support ALR until I am no longer able to. There are not enough words to express my gratitude and amazement at what they have been accomplishing the past 20 years for those who cannot speak for themselves. If you love animals, you must visit Animal Love Rescue Center - it will inspire you.
