Try a new battery pack for it Mine didn't charge at one point but I replaced the battery and it's working again

So if i understand you correctly, the fact that your item is faulty makes it a trash? "retract that review" was unnecessary comment bud, just get a replacement

When you leave it sitting make sure it's charged max LiFePO4 batteries generally discharge at about 8% per month

I GOT MINE 3 YEARS AGO BUT STILL CHARGING VERY WELL AND WORKING FINE. SUGGESTION IS CONTACT JBL SERVICE CENTER IN YOUR COUNTRY AND LET THEM DO THEIR JOB.

Sorry to hear that, I'm still within my 2yr warranty but it's the inconvenience then they love to say "we're no longer carrying that product" then half-ass refund you. But discount you for the next model & they still get you for more money w same Sh!tty product & outcome. NO DURABILITY!!! Let's see the here's My latest Products I've had issues with: Jabra, Sennheiser, Between 3AssNCracks all over $300 dollar earbuds & the only set that made it to a year was Jabra's. Sennheiser's 2months & now im already on 3rd set of Betweens3ANC.... both sets didn't even last a damn week. Beyond ridiculous

I contacted Harmen Jbl for a replacement charger. They quoted me $95.99 AUD for the adapter $25.49 AUD for the Australian lead. Which i agreed to. Then promptly responded telling me to go on eBay or Amazon because they are out of stock and don't know when they will have stock again. I'm deeply disappointed...

It was actually the charger that died. I have been able to use it with a new charger
well its abaut 80 watt
Maybe the new version, this is listed as 2 x 30 watts on the JBL website
Hit the power button 4 times in total...BUT, ON the 4th time, hold it....tap tap tap tap AND HOLD FOR ABOUT 5 SECONDS..IT SHOULD WORK FINE.

Fins are too short. This board is pretty unstable. Not the best. Spend more and get something better.
Are you comparing this to other inflatable boards? If so what one do you prefer? I always thought that unstable and fast were related and I find this board pretty fast.
