1. Assisted Pull-Up Machine - This helps you perfect your form over time, and you can add more weight to assist, or remove the weight as you get better!
2. Resistance Band Assisted Pull-Ups - This pull up variation is also another great way to help perfect your form, especially if you don't have a Assisted Pull-Up Machine at your gym, there are different sized bands you can use depending on how much help you may need. The one in the video was a green med. sized one.
3. Chin-Ups - The simple, but yet, extremely useful workout to help improve your pull ups. This is because you are getting used to lifting your body weight up to the bar, you are using different muscle groups, but it can help gauge your progression/strength.
