I really appreciate the way you put your words , Actually people think that the core of pineapple is inedible for health but actually it is a healthiest part of pineapple. It’s core has lots of fiber, vitamin C & concentrated form of bromelain which helps to boost our immune system , improves the heart health & helps in thinning the mucus in asthma kind of conditions. That’s why I always use core in my food.😊🙏🏼

Thanks for your beautiful, kind words 😊🙏🏼🙏🏼 Actually it’s a diabetic friendly sprout salad which I have it like this but you can add lemon juice instead of vinegar… And I have some serious health issues that’s why I don’t like to use more salt & sugar in my food…… 😊🙏🏼🙏🏼
