Action figure collector and hobbyist. Action figure collecting and customization is a part of my life that I enjoy the most aside from the other sports and hobby I engage in. Toys need not be the latest and the greatest because the ones that you find dear to your heart or makes your heart skip a beat is the one that you keep and constantly play with. Despite the lack of supply of action figures at local retail and the ever constant rise in price......there is still going to be a figure worth buying and keeping.

But what the Stinger driver really needed is the grey, Officer Helmet. Sadly, Hasbro hasn't made a grey Officer Helmet. Now what is interesting is that the Python Patrol Officer has the exact same helmet; color and all. You can get closer if you get a spare Retro Stalker and paint some of his web-gear with red accents, and then use the Python Patrol Trooper head or regular Officer head, and you'd have a retro Cobra Stinger Driver.
Ok. I’m more inclined to upgrade my Joe’s and Cobra characters with non aesthetic upgrades but with functional upgrades. Equipment I get to train for or use I like to see them in my figures; hence the need for good body armor coverage and the use of night vision optics for driving.

Just try bigbadtoystore. Manufacturer is DR. WU. Bought those way way back at the peak of TF Prime around 2012.
Nice! I lost my instructions and have been fighting with the body completion forever. Pointing out the peg locations was exceptionally useful.

Great Job! On the saber, you can also use the sword from the Crimson Guard.
I did try. I like the crimson guard sabre on the first classified series cobra commander, matched with a nickel plated 1911 pistol.

Vest is from action force valaverse sgt slaughter. Backpack from classified dusty. Colt python revolver and holster from cibra copperhead, holster thigh mount action force valaverse. Head cover from classified recondo tigerforce. Scoped bolt action rifle from action force sniper blowback, the rifle sling is just elastic cordage.

Awesome loadout!! In my own personal head canon, I team up the Officer Driver with a Crimson B.A.T. and pretend the B.A.T. can access the the Missiles/Rockets by Syncing up it's Internal system with the Stinger. Since there is an access panel on the Stinger although lower than the Driver and Passenger's eye line, I just chalk it up to the Driver concentrating on driving and giving orders. I do want to invest in some Gridiron accessories, especially that Cyclops Armor Kit!
Crimson BAT, that works too, kinda how Robocop would interface with OCP computers.
@@laruanniobione Exactly! The BAT can sync with all of Destro's MARS tech interfaces, but if the Stinger is compromised and they have to go out on foot, at least the Driver has a formidable partner.

If the gunner is magneto, those guns and missiles would fire no question. The abscence of a fire control hub is a major blunder from the toy designer.
