how is saying a time not "communicating expectations"? where does 9:30 even come from? why would you expect someone before 9 when 9 is said? this world is a madhouse.

In my country, all the places i have worked in are quite clear about it. Its in your contract! So if the contract says that, your shift starts at 7am, you are expected to be at your work position at 7am! Its not a damn rocket science!?

So many people involved in real estate are soulless vampires. They should not be held up as any sort of entrepreneurs, they should be reviled in a equitable society.
