Agreed, the issue was that the FOV was\is changes on mission start than to what is saved locally. Since asking on the DCS forum it turns out that some missions have a snapview.lua file which overrides any local FOV\view saved parameters - remove the mission snapview.lua and the local saved fov\views are used. Some DCS file housekeeping is required to permanently resolve as the removed files are then replaced on every update!

@@toastfrenzy Hi, yes this true but be careful when making adjustments in the .lua files. I limited the fov to 120 degrees a few years ago and started getting issues. Make a copy of the original lua file to keep just in case of any issues. Use something like notepad++ to make any adjustments.

I'm not sure this is out in the open as yet. There was a 4 day test event last week. 2 sessions for AB low br's and mid br's. Another session for high br's as well. It stopped KS totally. I did actually get chased by a flaming plane for an absolute age. Also, read various comments saying as such on the forum. I should think they'll tweek and re test, perhaps before making this live. It all worked well for me and I liked the changes.

This change is one reason this is coming about to remove KS for good.

4k and HDR with 300fps for your enjoyment. Though, at times, the resolution and graphics hinder in spotting in RB that I always play with Sim every now and again. I'm using AB for this event as I don't have any jets in the RB test BR.

@@TheRaptorXX No, I don't think it's thought to be a MT issue (just ST) and ED I doubt are not spending time fixing ST as they want to move 100% to MT in the not to distant future.

May well be, it's with DCS to now either resolve or not. Personally I never look at the flaps once deployed. I happened to notice on an edit and saw a bug post on the forums so added my contribution

I completely missed unlocking the artificial horizon then left it when noticed as it was a VMC day. I did look at the planes taking of before me and blindly followed them, didn't look at the wind sock I add. On a positive note, I was pretty impressed with my short landing at Dunkirk though!

Sure, everything is maximum, highest even LOD is way over to the right IIRC. All flown & recorded in 4K and then edited 1080 and produced in 4k via Davinci Resolve Studio
