Absolutely, if you look back, the framers argued and disagreed on a great deal. Although they did have things they agreed upon & that's what our country is founded on. I actually spoke to some law enforcement that I know before doing this. It really isn't a benefit for them or the community. They cited some reasons that it is actually dangerous for law enforcement. As you said, though, how to fix the problem is a different animal, I supposed that will take people weighing in on the realities of this behavior. If Deputy Frank didn't make comments to citizens like, "You are talking from a pulpit of misknowledge", or "I'm on a mountain of right" I live on the mountain of right", he wouldn't have tripped my radar lol. Respect is a two way street in regards to civility. I'm also pretty sure the man in one of these video is a veteran, and although he was right, he just couldn't express his arguments in a legal argument. Polite has nothing to do with jurisdiction or taxpayers funding a law enforcement officers TH-cam. It's a bad call for this Sheriff & likely why there aren't other jurisdictions doing it.

It's funded by the Sheriff's office & have already been stealing accused of "stealing". They can't own the rights to the footage, it's public domain now.
