Carrion Crow Trying To Crack The Shell Of Egg-shaped Ball
This carrion crow found a strange egg-shaped object in the local park.
I presume it just wants to crack the shell and hopefully there must be something to eat inside ,
but the ball is made of rubber, crow can't easily open.
To many of us, the behavior of the crow looks just like playing with it.

Long-tailed tit is famous for their social behaviour. They always move in small flocks year round. This is a winter flock in the garden where I lived in the UK some years ago. Suet cake is their favorite. When I was checking the video, I noticed some pecking and chasing scene in the video. It could be just a minor dispute. Or the dominant bird may order the flock.

It's breeding season for many bird species in March. And so is common kingfisher. Female is on the branch and male brings a fish to her. I saw the scene for the first time; courtship feeding of kingfisher. But the female is too aggressive or too hasty, the fish slipped away. The attempt was unsuccessful. Maybe next time! Thanks for viewing. It was filmed when I was living in the UK. I didn't make the cake but I bought it at a local supermarket. It was made with high-fat beef suet, wheat flour, millet seed, peanut, and linseed. It also contained meal worms. (RSPB Square Cake with Mealworms)

I heard a carrion crow make a similar call today. It is a sound I would usually associate with ravens 'talking' to each other. Been watching crows for several years, and this is the first time I have heard that particular call.
