Very hard to price those . Saphires are usually clear and arent over expensive. The only thing i can down play, is these where in a crusher, and needs to be treated to make it to market. Theres a few stories on having this mineral treated, and made clear gold or blue. Its hard to imagine the process, but heated with other chemicals. Lab treating rocks, takes monthes and years to process. My guess steaming rocks will have some different effects, than boiling or furnaces.

He is just tricking. All the stone he chooses, have sharp edges, so they were not in the river. River stone are round in shapes. He just put these to show us that he found out these in the river.
