I didn't follow my advice that I give and have learned the hard way.

I had my Inspire reprogrammed after my second sleep study which was done at home. In this video i spend time explaining the technical way they adjust inspire.

This adjustment was almost starting from square one and was little disappointed at the progress but i motoring forward.

What I thought was going to be a quick visit lasted hours. I met with my ENT who will be taking over programing and was in training by my Inspire Rep. It was pretty wild on how they can reprogram and tweak.

The morning after my implantation sleep study. In this video I share what happened after one week of tweaking the device.

An intense sleep study. The objective was to monitor my breathing and tweak my implant during the night. Clearly not one of prettiest moments and lots of jolting out of bed, wasn't a restful night but it was very productive.

Week 10, didn't do as well as I thought i would and unfortunately had to make an emergency appointment with my ENT regarding Inspire. I was feeling a burning sensation in my device. All worked out well.

This week I go into detail on how I feel and how Inspire is impacting my life. I also answer a few questions that people DM'd me about.

In week 7 i developed Covid. This is my experience with having Covid and activating Inspire.

In week six, sleep was better, felt rested and could really start feeling the positive impact of my implant, Inspire.

So week 5 became the turning point. I started feeling more rested, I can feel the old me coming back, During this point in the journey it was a emotional for me because I forgotten what it was like to feel good.

I tried to keep this to one video a week, but sometime you have to share. I found out what it's like to the hit the pause button by accident instead of shutting Inspire off.

As we go through this journey always lots of little learnings and things to think about. This one, do i turn Inspire off, or pause it when you have to use the bathroom
