I just got a hoop installed in my house, I’m really hesitant to try anything big on it right now, any tips??
I got my hoop nearly the exact same time as you! What I'd reccomend would be to sit, or hang, on your hoop while watching shows, which I find helps balance and fluidity🙃 unique aerialists have some good tutorials!

This is amazing. I’ve been watching hoop performances all day and wasn’t nearly as impressed as I was with you. Instead of watching “pose, transition, pose, transition”, you offered FLOW. And that’s literally the most important thing in aerial performance. INSPIRING ❤️❤️❤️❤️ so beautiful!
