Hello, I have the VOLTRONIC AXPERT VM IV 5.6KW 48V INVERTER connected to a 7000W GENERGY MULHACEN SOL generator and configured in this inverter the values 01=USB and 16=SNU, with solar it works perfectly, but if I start the generator, it detects it on the screen (it is configured at 50hz) but it does not input that energy to the house or to the battery. The values appear in the visual box but the loading arrows do not appear. I have also tried with 02=SUB restarting the inverter but it doesn't pick up from the generator either. I have only managed to get it to pick up power if I restart the inverter with the generator running, in that case the arrow indicating that power is coming in appears, but if I turn off the generator and turn it on again, it stops doing so. What can be? Thank you

just a another tip to prevent that big spark and damaging something and preventing the caps from blowing as they charge up, add a resister to the 1 lead and give it a few seconds to charge the inverter when its off, then caps will keep charge of the 48-52v or if you don't have a resister sharpen a pencil on both sides and they will prevent the big spark by limiting the influx of voltage while charging the caps, then you can connect the leads and shouldn't have the spark then its safer to power the inverter on. not all battery's have a precharge function so a pencil or resister will help when charging the caps
